Allah's complete power and dominion

إِنَّآ أَرْسَلْنَا عَلَيْهِمْ رِيحًا صَرْصَرًا فِى يَوْمِ نَحْسٍ مُّسْتَمِرٍّ

Indeed, We sent upon them a screaming wind on a day of continuous misfortune,
