Consequences of Disbelief and Rejection of Signs

أَوْ يَأْخُذَهُمْ فِى تَقَلُّبِهِمْ فَمَا هُم بِمُعْجِزِينَ

Or that He would not seize them during their [usual] activity, and they could not cause failure [i.e., escape from Him]?
