21:95Al-Anbya
وَحَرَٰمٌ عَلَىٰ قَرْيَةٍ أَهْلَكْنَـٰهَآ أَنَّهُمْ لَا يَرْجِعُونَ
And it is prohibited to [the people of] a city which We have destroyed that they will [ever] return
