Neglect of the poor and vulnerable

وَلَمْ نَكُ نُطْعِمُ ٱلْمِسْكِينَ

Nor did we used to feed the poor.

وَلَا يَحُضُّ عَلَىٰ طَعَامِ ٱلْمِسْكِينِ

And does not encourage the feeding of the poor.
