Signs (ayaat) as evidence

فَأَلْقَىٰ عَصَاهُ فَإِذَا هِىَ ثُعْبَانٌ مُّبِينٌ

So he [i.e., Moses] threw his staff, and suddenly it was a serpent, manifest.
