عَبَسَ وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
He [i.e., the Prophet (ﷺ) ] frowned and turned away
فَأَنتَ لَهُۥ تَصَدَّىٰ
To him you give attention.
فَكُّ رَقَبَةٍ
It is the freeing of a slave
