Theological Balance between Predestination and Choice

وَمَا تَشَآءُونَ إِلَّآ أَن يَشَآءَ ٱللَّهُ ۚ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ عَلِيمًا حَكِيمًا

And you do not will except that Allāh wills. Indeed, Allāh is ever Knowing and Wise.
