moral choice and accountability

وَأَمَّا مَنۢ بَخِلَ وَٱسْتَغْنَىٰ

But as for he who withholds and considers himself free of need

وَكَذَّبَ بِٱلْحُسْنَىٰ

And denies the best [reward],
