لَا تَجْـَٔرُوا۟ ٱلْيَوْمَ ۖ إِنَّكُم مِّنَّا لَا تُنصَرُونَ 65
Translations
Do not cry out today. Indeed, by Us you will not be helped.
Transliteration
Lā tajharū al-yawm, innakum minnā lā tunsarūn
Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah conveys Allah's warning to the disbelievers on the Day of Judgment, commanding them not to be insolent or arrogant on that day, for they will receive no help or support from Allah. And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left?
عَنِ ٱلْمُجْرِمِينَ
About the criminals,
فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ شَقُوا۟ فَفِى ٱلنَّارِ لَهُمْ فِيهَا زَفِيرٌ وَشَهِيقٌ
As for those who were [destined to be] wretched, they will be in the Fire. For them therein is [violent] exhaling and inhaling.
