ثُمَّ إِنَّكُمْ أَيُّهَا ٱلضَّآلُّونَ ٱلْمُكَذِّبُونَ 51
Translations
Then indeed you, O those astray [who are] deniers,
Transliteration
Thumma innakum ayyuha ad-daallun al-mukadhdhibun
Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah addresses the disbelievers and those who have gone astray, emphasizing their denial of the truth and rejection of Allah's signs. The use of 'thumma' (then/moreover) indicates a strong assertion following the previous discussion of the Day of Judgment, serving as a direct rebuke to those who persist in falsehood. Those who disbelieve will have a severe punishment, and those who believe and do righteous deeds will have forgiveness and great reward.
هَـٰٓأَنتُمْ هَـٰٓؤُلَآءِ جَـٰدَلْتُمْ عَنْهُمْ فِى ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا فَمَن يُجَـٰدِلُ ٱللَّهَ عَنْهُمْ يَوْمَ ٱلْقِيَـٰمَةِ أَم مَّن يَكُونُ عَلَيْهِمْ وَكِيلًا
Here you are - those who argue on their behalf in [this] worldly life - but who will argue with Allāh for them on the Day of Resurrection, or who will [then] be their representative?
