Tafsir (Explanation)

This ayah describes Allah's creative power over the seven heavens and seven earths, with divine command descending through them, establishing His absolute authority and omniscience. The ayah concludes by affirming two essential attributes: Allah's capability (qudrah) over all things and His all-encompassing knowledge ('ilm) of everything.
