Conscious transgression and willful disobedience

وَلُوطًا إِذْ قَالَ لِقَوْمِهِۦٓ أَتَأْتُونَ ٱلْفَـٰحِشَةَ وَأَنتُمْ تُبْصِرُونَ

And [mention] Lot, when he said to his people, "Do you commit immorality while you are seeing?
