Divine certainty and decree

لِأَىِّ يَوْمٍ أُجِّلَتْ

For what Day was it postponed?

لَتَرْكَبُنَّ طَبَقًا عَن طَبَقٍ

[That] you will surely embark upon [i.e., experience] state after state.
