Temporal nature of disbelievers' success

لَا يَغُرَّنَّكَ تَقَلُّبُ ٱلَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا۟ فِى ٱلْبِلَـٰدِ

Be not deceived by the [uninhibited] movement of the disbelievers throughout the land.
