عَلَّمَهُۥ شَدِيدُ ٱلْقُوَىٰ
Taught to him by one intense in strength [i.e., Gabriel] -
وَلَقَدْ رَءَاهُ بِٱلْأُفُقِ ٱلْمُبِينِ
And he has already seen him [i.e., Gabriel] in the clear horizon.
