Al-Ahzab (The Combined Forces) · Ayah 48

وَلَا تُطِعِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَ وَدَعْ أَذَىٰهُمْ وَتَوَكَّلْ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ ۚ وَكَفَىٰ بِٱللَّهِ وَكِيلًا 48

And do not obey the disbelievers and the hypocrites and disregard their annoyance, and rely upon Allāh. And sufficient is Allāh as Disposer of affairs.

وَلَاwalāAnd (do) not

تُطِعِtuṭiʿiobey

طوعt-w-'verb

ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَl-kāfirīnathe disbelievers

كفرk-f-rnoun

وَٱلْمُنَـٰفِقِينَwal-munāfiqīnaand the hypocrites

نفقn-f-qnoun

وَدَعْwadaʿand disregard

ودعw-d-'verb

أَذَىٰهُمْadhāhumtheir harm

أذيa-dh-ynoun

وَتَوَكَّلْwatawakkaland put your trust

وكلw-k-lverb

عَلَىʿalāin

ٱللَّهِ ۚl-lahiAllah

ألهa-l-hnoun

وَكَفَىٰwakafāAnd sufficient is Allah

كفيk-f-yverb

بِٱللَّهِbil-lahiAnd sufficient is Allah

ألهa-l-hnoun

وَكِيلًۭاwakīlan(as) a Trustee

وكلw-k-lnoun
