Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah describes the punishment of the disbelievers in the Hereafter, specifically their being put into a chain of seventy cubits in length. Classical scholars like Ibn Kathir and Al-Tabari explain that this chain will be wrapped around their bodies as a means of torment and restraint in Hell. The phrase 'faslukoohu' (then insert him into it) indicates the forced insertion of the disbeliever into this chain as part of their divine punishment, emphasizing the severity and inescapability of their fate.
