وَطَلْحٍ مَّنضُودٍ 29

Translations

And [banana] trees layered [with fruit].

Transliteration

wa talhin mannudud

Tafsir (Explanation)

This ayah refers to the banana trees (or lote trees according to some scholars) arranged in abundance in Paradise. Ibn Kathir notes that 'mannudud' means layered, stacked, or arranged in orderly succession, describing the lush vegetation of Paradise.
