فَأَمَّا ٱلَّذِينَ ءَامَنُوا۟ بِٱللَّهِ وَٱعْتَصَمُوا۟ بِهِۦ فَسَيُدْخِلُهُمْ فِى رَحْمَةٍ مِّنْهُ وَفَضْلٍ وَيَهْدِيهِمْ إِلَيْهِ صِرَٰطًا مُّسْتَقِيمًا 175
Translations
So those who believe in Allāh and hold fast to Him - He will admit them to mercy from Himself and bounty and guide them to Himself on a straight path.
Transliteration
Fa-amma alladhina amanu billahi wa'atasamu bihi fa-sayudkhiluhum fi rahmatin minhu wa fadlin wa yahdihim ilayhi siratan mustaqiman
Tafsir (Explanation)
This ayah promises that those who believe in Allah and hold fast to Him will be admitted into His mercy and favor, and He will guide them to the Straight Path. Classical scholars like Ibn Kathir explain that 'holding fast' (i'tisam) to Allah means firm adherence to His religion through obedience and avoiding sin, while the promised guidance to the Straight Path refers to guidance in both belief and righteous action in this life and the next.

And [We cursed them] for their breaking of the covenant and their disbelief in the signs of Allāh and their killing of the prophets without right and their saying, "Our hearts are wrapped" [i.e., sealed against reception]. Rather, Allāh has sealed them because of their disbelief, so they believe not, except for a few.
وَٱسْتَغْفِرِ ٱللَّهَ ۖ إِنَّ ٱللَّهَ كَانَ غَفُورًا رَّحِيمًا
And seek forgiveness of Allāh. Indeed, Allāh is ever Forgiving and Merciful.
رُّسُلًا مُّبَشِّرِينَ وَمُنذِرِينَ لِئَلَّا يَكُونَ لِلنَّاسِ عَلَى ٱللَّهِ حُجَّةٌۢ بَعْدَ ٱلرُّسُلِ ۚ وَكَانَ ٱللَّهُ عَزِيزًا حَكِيمًا
[We sent] messengers as bringers of good tidings and warners so that mankind will have no argument against Allāh after the messengers. And ever is Allāh Exalted in Might and Wise.
