Al-A'raf (The Heights) · Ayah 27

يَـٰبَنِىٓ ءَادَمَ لَا يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُ ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُ كَمَآ أَخْرَجَ أَبَوَيْكُم مِّنَ ٱلْجَنَّةِ يَنزِعُ عَنْهُمَا لِبَاسَهُمَا لِيُرِيَهُمَا سَوْءَٰتِهِمَآ ۗ إِنَّهُۥ يَرَىٰكُمْ هُوَ وَقَبِيلُهُۥ مِنْ حَيْثُ لَا تَرَوْنَهُمْ ۗ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينَ أَوْلِيَآءَ لِلَّذِينَ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ 27

O children of Adam, let not Satan tempt you as he removed your parents from Paradise, stripping them of their clothing to show them their private parts. Indeed, he sees you, he and his tribe, from where you do not see them. Indeed, We have made the devils allies to those who do not believe.

يَـٰبَنِىٓyābanīO Children
ءَادَمَādama(of) Adam
لَا(Let) not
يَفْتِنَنَّكُمُyaftinannakumutempt you
ٱلشَّيْطَـٰنُl-shayṭānu[the] Shaitaan
كَمَآkamāas
أَخْرَجَakhrajahe drove out
أَبَوَيْكُمabawaykumyour parents
مِّنَminafrom
ٱلْجَنَّةِl-janatiParadise
يَنزِعُyanziʿustripping
عَنْهُمَاʿanhumāfrom both of them
noun
لِبَاسَهُمَاlibāsahumātheir clothing
لِيُرِيَهُمَاliyuriyahumāto show both of them
سَوْءَٰتِهِمَآ ۗsawātihimātheir shame
إِنَّهُۥinnahuIndeed, he
noun
يَرَىٰكُمْyarākumsees you
هُوَhuwahe
noun
وَقَبِيلُهُۥwaqabīluhuand his tribe
مِنْminfrom
حَيْثُḥaythuwhere
لَاnot
تَرَوْنَهُمْ ۗtarawnahumyou see them
إِنَّاinnāIndeed
noun
جَعَلْنَاjaʿalnāWe have made
ٱلشَّيَـٰطِينَl-shayāṭīnathe devils
أَوْلِيَآءَawliyāafriends
لِلَّذِينَlilladhīnaof those who
noun
لَا(do) not
يُؤْمِنُونَyu'minūnabelieve
