Al-Mu'minun (The Believers) · Ayah 41

فَأَخَذَتْهُمُ ٱلصَّيْحَةُ بِٱلْحَقِّ فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْ غُثَآءً ۚ فَبُعْدًا لِّلْقَوْمِ ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَ 41

So the shriek seized them in truth, and We made them as [plant] stubble. Then away with the wrongdoing people.

فَأَخَذَتْهُمُfa-akhadhathumuSo seized them

ٱلصَّيْحَةُl-ṣayḥatuthe awful cry

بِٱلْحَقِّbil-ḥaqiin truth

فَجَعَلْنَـٰهُمْfajaʿalnāhumand We made them

غُثَآءًۭ ۚghuthāan(as) rubbish of dead leaves

فَبُعْدًۭاfabuʿ'danSo away

لِّلْقَوْمِlil'qawmiwith the people

ٱلظَّـٰلِمِينَl-ẓālimīnathe wrongdoers
