أَفَغَيْرَ دِينِ ٱللَّهِ يَبْغُونَ وَلَهُۥٓ أَسْلَمَ مَن فِى ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِ وَٱلْأَرْضِ طَوْعًا وَكَرْهًا وَإِلَيْهِ يُرْجَعُونَ 83

So is it other than the religion of Allāh they desire, while to Him have submitted [all] those within the heavens and earth, willingly or by compulsion, and to Him they will be returned?

أَفَغَيْرَafaghayraSo is (it) other than

غيرgh-y-rnoun

دِينِdīni(the) religion

دينd-y-nnoun

ٱللَّهِl-lahi(of) Allah

ألهa-l-hnoun

يَبْغُونَyabghūnathey seek

بغيb-gh-yverb

وَلَهُۥٓwalahuWhile to Him

أَسْلَمَaslama(have) submitted

سلمs-l-mverb

مَنmanwhatever

فِىfī(is) in

ٱلسَّمَـٰوَٰتِl-samāwātithe heavens

سموs-m-wnoun

وَٱلْأَرْضِwal-arḍiand the earth

أرضa-r-dnoun

طَوْعًۭاṭawʿanwillingly

طوعt-w-'noun

وَكَرْهًۭاwakarhanor unwillingly

كرهk-r-hnoun

وَإِلَيْهِwa-ilayhiand towards Him

noun

يُرْجَعُونَyur'jaʿūnathey will be returned
