An-Nahl (The Bee) · Ayah 1

أَتَىٰٓ أَمْرُ ٱللَّهِ فَلَا تَسْتَعْجِلُوهُ ۚ سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥ وَتَعَـٰلَىٰ عَمَّا يُشْرِكُونَ 1

The command of Allāh is coming, so be not impatient for it. Exalted is He and high above what they associate with Him.

أَتَىٰٓatāWill come
أتيa-t-yverb
أَمْرُamru(the) command of Allah
أمرa-m-rnoun
ٱللَّهِl-lahi(the) command of Allah
ألهa-l-hnoun
فَلَاfalāso (do) not
تَسْتَعْجِلُوهُ ۚtastaʿjilūhu(be) impatient for it

سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥsub'ḥānahuGlorified is He

وَتَعَـٰلَىٰwataʿālāand Exalted (is) He
