فَمَالِـُٔونَ مِنْهَا ٱلْبُطُونَ 53

Translations

And filling with it your bellies

Transliteration

Fa-ma-li-oon minha al-butoon

Tafsir (Explanation)

This ayah refers to the people of Paradise filling their bellies with fruits and provisions from the gardens of Paradise. According to Ibn Kathir and Al-Tabari, this describes the abundant blessings and sustenance that the inhabitants of Jannah will enjoy, with no fear of depletion or deprivation.
