Al-Anbya (The Prophets) · Ayah 26

وَقَالُوا۟ ٱتَّخَذَ ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُ وَلَدًا ۗ سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥ ۚ بَلْ عِبَادٌ مُّكْرَمُونَ 26

And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken a son." Exalted is He! Rather, they are [but] honored servants.

وَقَالُوا۟waqālūAnd they say

ٱتَّخَذَittakhadhaHas taken

ٱلرَّحْمَـٰنُl-raḥmānuthe Most Gracious

وَلَدًۭا ۗwaladana son

سُبْحَـٰنَهُۥ ۚsub'ḥānahuGlorified is He

بَلْbalNay

عِبَادٌۭʿibādun(they are) slaves

مُّكْرَمُونَmuk'ramūnahonored
